Kathe Lefcourt 22.01.2009 | Wow so I just got the TSI 1.6 and it seems to be working well (minus of course the bugs with my 1.2 firmware) but it looks like the ability to use the jog wheel to select tracks using loop button D has been taken away. Is anybody else having the same issue or did I miss something? Thanks for putting so much work into these TSI files so far though! |

Jacquetta Doram 23.01.2009 | My scratch function isn't working properly. When scratch mode is engaged, I can scratch, but not while the song is playing. The song has to be stopped in order for me to scratch, which obviously doesn't go over well. Am I missing something in the settings or TSI file? Also, is the latest Ean TSI file 1_5??? Thanks. On FW 1_3 (SE edition) using latest pro version 1.02.011 |

Rosalva Phaneuf 16.01.2009 | Im having similar problems as other people. My effects settings to not work. I can manipulate the knobs in tpro and adjust them, but there is no audio output and i cannot hear the effects. I set the vci as both input and output and no luck. Also, when i press the deck b "speed" button (far right effects button under knob) it engages the right headphone cue for some reason. Someone please help. Im on 1.2 |
Hyman Vredenburg 15.01.2009 | i'm running a vestac vci 100 version 1.2 with the djranking
s black overlay and traktor pro.... 2 FX things: when pressing the left cue button it turns my headphones along with whatever is cued up on the 3rd FX slot on channel A. Filter A - assisgns the LEFT FX to channel to 1, but filter B assigns the right FX to channel 1 aswell. they've probably been mentioned already... but couldnt find any answers to them? |

Ryan Deegan 12.01.2009 | Hi mixtress.r and welcome to DJ Tech Tools. I'm still pretty new to this myself just so I may not anser all your questions perfectly but I can share what I know. The place to get the latest official DJ Tech Tools TSI is by signing up to the e-mail list on this page http://www.djranking s.com/2008/11/1...pro-sweetness/ That way you get e-mailed all the updates as they come out. To get the best performance out of that TSI it helps to have the 1.3 firmware update for the VCI-100, but it does work pretty well with the 1.2 firmware. Regardless that TSI should work relatively well with your version of Traktor Pro. Aside from the official DJTT TSI lots of other TSIs that are worth checking out and playing with can be found here http://www.djranking s.com/community /community display.php?f=15. |
Tresa Palmateer 13.01.2009 | Hi 2 maybe 3 questions: 1.) (I am new to this site and have just purchased a Vestax VCI-100) I can not get the file I did find to work which is VCI100_trkPro_vestax.tsi when I do try to import it a red light flashes a warning that the file is being ignored as it is an unknown version. Should I care since it is not the version you have posted? If I should care how to get around this problem? 2.)That said, I can not seem to find the new version of the file you have posted VCI-100 TSI For Traktor Pro (1_3 FX). Can you please point me directly to it? Once I find this file is this the correct file for me to use with my new purchased copy of Traktor Pro version 1.0.0.250. Much appreciated in advance for your help. Thank you so much!!!! mixtress.r |

Anton Byleveldt 04.01.2009 | hello everybody, I got a massive problem. So I`m using the latest TSI file which is... VCI-100SE_1_3_2PRO.tsi and also the latest Traktor Pro Version with a VCI-100 SE. The problem is that the effect knobs do not light up. The same with Traktor DJ Studio. The knobs only adjust the FX Banks which seems to work properly. Setting up the effect (on/off) does not work. Only the last Knob is working (Deck B - Flanger/B-Mash). I imported the TSI file with the FX Settings. Could this be a hardware issue? Thanks! |
DJ Pablo 04.01.2009 | Hi Ean, Will there be in the near future a 1.4 firmware update?? |
Reece Murray 30.12.2008 | It won't. deck copy/instant play functionality isn't built into TPro (not sure why they took this away). See my post above for a workaround. If you need details on exactly how I set this up, contact me or look at my tsi file (there's a link in the controller mappings section). It's not a one-click solution, but I believe its fairly streamlined. |
mohammed farhan 30.12.2008 | Ean I'm still having a hard time with my deck copy. It copies but it doesn't play right after |
Felix Harrer 23.12.2008 | Nope, only VCI-100... |
Maddie Lagrasta 23.12.2008 | This .tsi file does work with vci 300? |

DJ Pablo 20.12.2008 | If you change the interaction mode(Type) from toggle to hold, Then you don't have to push 4-times to turn snap mode(note A#4) on and off. |

adam dod 20.12.2008 | Hey Zak It sounds great, can You upload the tsi? Thanks |
Reece Murray 19.12.2008 | So I haven't seen too much dialog about this, but I agree we should get it started. Right now it seems there is no way to duplicate a deck and have it play in sync instantly in Traktor Pro as it did in T3.3 or T3.4. I developed a workaround for TPro in that the control used to copy decks doubles as a play start (hold, copy, release and press again). The same note number also needs to be assigned to a "sync" command (not "phase sync"). Not perfect, but it does the job. Ex: on my tsi, the preview button (or deck copy on Ean's) is held, while holding, the copy to button is pressed, then quickly release all and hit the preview button again. The track is copied, synced and playing, exactly matching the source. This is the best way I've found to deal with it so far. |
18.12.2008 | see, that helped a lot. not in fixing the problem but clearly udnerstanding what everyone was talking about. a note to everyone reporting bugs please describe the problem as completely as possible and tell me EXACTLY what you are talking about. In this case I thought everyone meant the deck C cue section in the FX area- not deck C cue while in deck C control mode. Yes, definitely a bug and easily fixed. Thanks for the feedback guys. |
adam dod 19.12.2008 | In the midi mapping I compared deck B and Deck C in the play/pause section and the difference between the two was deck B Mod1 M3=0 Mod2 M4=0 deck C Mod1 M3=0 Mod2 M4=3 which makes Mod2 M4=3 different on deck C in the monitor cue section they were both the same |
19.12.2008 | Deck B and C are not linked on my machine- so sharing how you fixed that publicly will help me solve the problem for everyone. |
adam dod 18.12.2008 | hey shedg I sent you a privet msg with the description |
