The Top Ten mixes will be decided by AJ Evans and his manager, Peter Tanico. The winners will receive special signed AJ Evans prizes and will be featured on various music sites until September 5th 2015. The Top 5 mixes will have the opportunity to be featured on the CD 'AJ Evans Lifted and Remixed to a Higher Plain'. for release in August 2015.
Rules:
You can mix, sample and remix the 'Lifted' samples as much as you like for your own pleasure and personal use, and you can combine them with your own original sounds and music. Your mix must not contain any elements of copyrighted material, unless you yourself own the copyright (i.e. it's your own music). This means you must not include samples of songs by other artists, or samples from movies, TV shows, or video games. Submission:
The remix stems can be downloaded from Dropbox. Tempo for the track varies between 136 and 78 BPM. Completed remixes should be sent to [email protected] as a MP3 that's as high quality as possible, but still under 10MB in size and include name, address, email and phone number.
