Karie Jose 28.08.2012 | dude..i just got my EGE and freaking love it! i'll admit..it takes a bit of getting used to..but hell..that's why it comes with a manual. |
Isabelle Inscore 12.08.2012 | I would gladly take it off your hands |
Kellie Myrum 05.08.2012 | EGE is controllerist and dj tool has upgraded firmware so when button is pressed it can send up to 3 (maybe even more) different midi massages at same time. That's how slicer mode does eight virtual hotces. It's all about how creative can your mapping be . Another thing I noticed is more LED options. There are nice mappings for dl to use with traktor if you don't want to make your own mapping. Not to forget new Knobs that come with unit. |
Digna Araza 05.08.2012 | What is the difference between the VCI 400 and the VCI 400 EGE? Since i am about to buy a VCI 400 it would be great to know. Maybe i want to go with the EGE instead. |

Madlyn Trocino 24.07.2012 | Soundcard is an utter evening mare on brand new Macbook Pro.....Major latency issues & problems while using it with Traktor Pro 2.3 and above. |

Brenna Welbes 20.07.2012 | The only reason I could believe of that someone would want to downgrade to the standard VCI-400, would be the native mappings with Virtual DJ. The EGE is native only to Traktor. However, if one is so inclined, he could create his own mapping for any software, from what I understand. Which is what I recently started doing for Virtual DJ in this thread: http://community .djranking s.com/showthread.php?t=54693 Personally, yes I believe you're crazy. What more could you possibly want on a controller? Rather than trading this beast out, I would believe in terms of "what am I lacking with my current setup?". If it's more control over sample decks and effects, get you some of those X1's or F1's or whatever the hell those cool mini Native Instruments controllers are that give you instant access to all sorts of stuff. I haven't started using my EGE with Traktor yet because my computer blows chunks and can barely run VDJ, what to speak of Traktor. I'm dead in the water until my new laptop arrives... Also, have you tried flashflooders DJTT custom mapping? http://maps.djranking s.com/mappings/166 It looks pretty awesome to me. Can't wait! |
