Effects Select on FX Unit 1 with Shift modifier and Fader/Knob

Effects Select on FX Unit 1 with Shift modifier and Fader/Knob Posted on: 04.11.2012 by Pamala Hrabe I have an interesting problem that I am hoping someone might be able to give me some insight to. I have a standard edition VCI-400 and I am slowly creating a mapping to emulate the EGE mapping. I have set my Effect 2 Select for FX Unit 1 to VR2 (or Ch 13.CC.002) with my shift (i.e. modifier) selected. When I set the Interaction Mode to Direct and adjust the knob it jumps to no Effect and I am unable to select any other effect. I have set up the other two effects in effects bank 1 and all of the effect in effects bank 2 the same way and they all work fine. I have found a work around by setting this particular knob to relative instead of direct, but I should not have to do this. Any thoughts?? Peace... | |

Pamala Hrabe 04.11.2012 | Stewe.......Thanks for the reply, my setting were as you described but what I ended up doing was deleting the command and then putting it back in. Doing this fixed my problem. Thanks again! |
Kellie Myrum 04.11.2012 | Make sure that effect selector command is set as type of controller-fader/knob and interaction mode-direct. |
