sooo.... i have all this lovely gear

set up the 900 nexcus with ease but my mac cannot see the 2000's

has anyone had these problems and can help... using them tomorrow evening ??? maybe

No, scratch licences are only needed for timecode.

Assuming you have a scratch licence, then yes. The nexus sound card is traktor scratch certified.

on another note... can i run 1200 timecode thru the nexcus?? if so... happy days

yea man... using the nexus soundcard out... the reason shit did not work was because i did not have traktor open ......... loser

By the way, you'd be better off using the DJM-900 soundcard rather than the 2 CDJs aggregated. It probably won't be noticeable, but if you use the DJM soundcard you miss out a DA/AD conversion step. I use the digital outs on my 2000NXS to avoid that, but I don't believe the digital out works when you're using it as an audio interface/controller.

ok... so... i have got to selecting HID standard.. but i get USB MIDI and then no options

i am believeing just using my midifighters

have downloaded the firmware.. but as i am on mac the file come up as .upd? cant use them.... from the vids i have seem they should be plug and play

i have them plugged in usb.. downloading 2.6 now.. the native site is slow so 50 mins for 300 mb

2000s should work fine with 2.5. Make sure you have the latest CDJ firmware installed. Macs don't need drivers for the 2000s so that shouldn't be the issue, how do you have them plugged in? Are they in advanced HID mode?
