Reply to My sound is lacking power

I made a Drum and Bass track. I wanted it to sound musical and somewhat cinematic. I like how it sound but there are a couple sounds that I want to be more present but I cant seem to get them louder without being over powering. I need help trying to bring everything out and balanced. The main sound I want to make more present is the ooooo aaaa sound. I sounds like a voice and a synth.

Also Ive gotten some feedback from other community s and they mention that my breaks lack rhythm. Any advice on what do add to make them more funky ?
