Reply to hot que buttons..help!!

whats up... new member here.. just start dj'in a few months ago,,, got the pioneer ddj-s1,,,its a cool system.... does anyone know how to get the hot que buttons on my mac, so they can be pressed anytime during playing??? they have some in the itch software, but they are not what I'm looking for..... for example ...like a siren button or something like that.
