Reply to Turn on Delay Effect: Instant vs On-Release

I'd like to turn on the delay effect for echo freeze INSTANTLY whereas now it is only activated when I release the button. It is already mapped to Delay in the EGE mapping, I just need to change to INSTANT. Where can I change this please?
