Reply to Problem with new firmware update for 2.1 Please help!!!!!!!!

I have been trying to get this problem taken care of for weeks but no body at DJTT has been able to help and i just get the run around when I call. I believe the problem is that the revision ID is "0x0500" I am not sure how i managed to get there but I am unable to get it to "0x0600" or "0x0200". The controller also does not show up in traktor. I have imported maps and made sure the in and out ports are set to the VCI. The audio out for master and monitor are not connected and it doesn't give me the option for anything else. Please help!!!!!!
