Reply to vci 100 pitch control mapping question

Hi there, currently i have mapped the line faders to pitch control for fine pitch. this is excellent when i use in external mode as the line faders are disabled. I would like to know the correct mapping so that in internal mode the pitch fader mapping i have set up is disabled?
