ITM competion wanting "deep and melodic... under 128bpm"... Ideas? | Arletha Heddens 27.07.2011 | Well i feel that the majority of house is 128, moohbahton is 108, while then you have dubstep which is 70/140 and hardstyle which is like 140+ So i feel that most genres have a range of bpms. So progressive and deep house it is seems would be ok then? but isnt progressive generally over 128? Thanks |

| Leeanna Ayla 27.07.2011 | deep house deep disco. I believe it's silly to attempt to define a genre by BPM. Sure the majority of one kind of genre may be close to a certain BPM, but that doesn't mean it all has to be that way. |
