Best way to filter out all instruments but the vocals Posted on: 16.11.2010 by Makkins Clifton I know that this can't be pulled of to perfection, but I need to at least cut out as much instruments as possible. The instruments / vocals aren't panned. Once I use EQs it alwasys reduces the warmth of the vocals to unacceptable levels. I haven't tried the knock-out-method so far but I guess the results won't be great considering I have a track with real instruments. What else helped you extracting vocals in the past? You can download the track I'm trying to extract the vocals from here: http://www.ali.dj/bimmelbahn.mp3 | |

Makkins Clifton 21.11.2010 | It is funny, i just made a video on this and uploaded it a few seconds ago: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bUdwSG19Fdw |
Josefina Morandi 21.11.2010 | I Use acapellas4u.co.uk it saves mucking around providing the song is there! Just in case you never heard! |
Makkins Clifton 16.11.2010 | No, sadly not and I'm also too lazy to create instrumental loops to kick them out. I went with the track as it is. Its only a fun-track anyways. |
Breana Singerman 17.11.2010 | Do you have an instrumental of the track? |
