Ableton Operator help

So I'm using an operator to make some whoosh and siren noises and they are working for the most part. But sometimes they don't activate/work during a song?

For instance, I have a build up going and its only audible during the track when I start the track before the build up begins. It doesn't work when I start the track like in the middle of the buildup.

I also have a set of 8 rate increases in the operator and only the first 7 work and the last one doesn't work, even though I have all the same settings on them.

Any else experience this or know how to fix?

edit,if you have sidechaining it wont freeze so you'll have to bounce it to a new audio track.
