Krishna Hospelhorn 06.01.2012 | The xfer sample pack is the best pack I've got. Drum hits aren't creative, they're an exercise in sound engineering, and the xfer pack has more (very well produced) hits and more diverse hits than any of pack I've got. Loops are nice too (very deadmau5y), and some nice moog samples too, if that's your thing |
Myrle Tazewell 02.01.2012 | I sort of find it unimaginative when people buy "drum packs"/"Sample packs" from other musicians, to me it's almost lazy cause then you don't have your own sound, granted many songs genre's have the same sound but what makes each musician unique is when they are able to create their own recognizable sound eg. That Dr Dre sound beat/Drums G-Funk sound or the deep hard kick Deadmau5 sound. Build up from scratch even if it's from a basic 808, a drum pack from vengeance(or similar) or recording a drummer in a studio if you can and processing it into something new and unique, it's way more fun and you learn a lot, specially if you play with effects. |
Marybelle Harbick 01.01.2012 | Thank you for this link. Cheers |
Nedra Fresneda 30.12.2011 | This one? http://www.loopmasters.com/product/details/236. It's been around for a few years now. It's ok I guess, nothing fancy. You can download a free pack there and if you like it get the whole thing. |
