How do I make this simple sound effect
How do I make this simple sound effect Posted on: 05.01.2012 by gilbert hatem The sound I'm looking for is also found in UK Hard House, NRG, Hardcore what ever you want to call it.Funny thing is I don't want to produce these genres I just want this one sound. I've thought about this sound off and on for a couple years now. It's literally a simple low octave stab but I have yet to recreate it on Reason. I've been told it maybe a distorted 303 sample or something but I haven't had any luck. You can hear the specific sound I'm looking for in this track at 0:18 or 1:25 with the shuttering Hoover and through out the whole song. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SDtq-XOIXPQ Let me know if you guys come up with any Ideas. | Dorie Scelzo 17.01.2012 | There are tutorials about turning Analog into a 303 sound. Find one of those. Seriously, it's a 1-oscillator monophonic synth with a low pass filter, some cutoff automation, and some kind of distortion. |

I sometimes forget how sample heavy electronic music can be. @vcantilife if you wouldn't mind I would love to take a peak at that sample. @mostapha I do have machine, I got through live in order to use vst's and i's.
