Production site equivalent to DJTT?
Production site equivalent to DJTT? Posted on: 30.01.2012 by Johnsie Kingrea Hey guys been wanting to get more into production, simple stuff to start: just adding my own drum loops, and even simple synth glide build ups. Just wondering what sites/community
s are your goto for production. I'd love to find a community as friendly and humble as the DJTT community but for production. For reference my production setup is: Maschine, Komplete 8, MicroKorg XL, and Moog Little Phatty. The first thing i'm really looking for is drum design, nothing gets me like a good kick drum, i'm just looking to get the same sound for my drums. | |

Araceli Georgis 30.01.2012 | There seems to be a lot of information here: http://www.futureproducers.com/community

.php?f=8 Thats one of the best resources I've found online, even having the least bit of intrest in making dubstep. Lot of crossover in electronic music anyway and theres some really good information there. As far as kicks go, the most important part is just finding a good sample. The vengeance packs are really solid as I'm sure you know, but you need to really look through them to find a good one. A lot of garbage hiding the usable ones. |
