Random X 14.02.2012 | I'm autodidactive, so I really like to click and learn. I firstly try to play with it like a mad scientist, and after some time, when I really start to make funny, mind you that's funny NOT good, experiments, and I feel a lot is yet uncovered, I might pick up either the manual, look for lessons/tutorials that I can find, and take it from there. |
Johnsie Kingrea 13.02.2012 | Awesome post Tarekith. Highly recommended read for anyone buying new gear. I feel like it's very easy for people of all skill levels to get tricked into buying new gear. Not to say your shouldn't buy new gear but marketing has it's purpose. When you watch a product demo and see how easily the person using it gets things done it's usually because they know the product inside and out, not because it's really that easy. And YES reading the manuals is so key. I purchased Komplete 8 back in August and i'm only now reading the manuals, after realizing that aimlessly fiddling with the programs is useless. |
