NI Massive, can't get the right melody
NI Massive, can't get the right melody Posted on: 20.02.2012 by Georgianna Eurick So I've bought the NI Massive added to Ableton Live and I was looking for some tutorials on Youtube. But the problem is I do everything exactly the same as I see on the video but can't get the same melody. I've also tried on furity loops and I get much more different melody. So I have 2 different melodies that sounds nothing like the tutorial. What am I supposed to do? | |

Georgianna Eurick 22.02.2012 | Sorry for the late reply. I've uninstalled and installed the 1.3 version. It works fine in FL but now Ableton doesn't see it. |
Ervin Calvery 21.02.2012 | Are you using Massive as a VST plugin in Live? Are you using multiple instances? Are you using a MIDI or audio effect which could affect pitch? |
Georgianna Eurick 21.02.2012 | Need help can't figure it out. Sent a ticket to NI still no response... |
Georgianna Eurick 20.02.2012 | No way because this happens on every tutorial. I've discovered something. On tutorials it says "Midi all" at the top bottom of Massive but mine says "Midi omni" Could this be the reason? |
Kasi Marget 20.02.2012 | Or you missed a part of the tutorial, or simply not pressing the same note on your keyboard ? A sound synthetized by a VST will remain the same no matter what DAW you're using. |
