2 Ableton Questions [VST]

Hey guys, i have no moved on to Fl studio for only sampling instead of producing and Ableton for producing. are most VST plug ins made for macs - Which i only have windows. And, how do you make bass; i go to youtube and only find "how to make techno trance bass" If there is just an easy way to begin.

Let me guess, somebody told you that same shit when you were new to the scene and now you are regurgitating it to feel important??
If you can't take the time to help the guy out and give him some advice you should probably keep your "RTFM" comments to yourself. Theres already enough hard asses around here and we don't need another know-it-all who wont waste their time offering more advice other then "RTFM" on such "elementary" DAW's such as Live.

/end rant

(its like 5am so if i took that post in the wrong context im sorry. I'm just tired of coming on here and seeing a "community" that is so rude to the people that are interested/trying to learn.. cut them a creak, we were all there or still are at one point in time.)

true - but the whole app is pretty daunting to begin with - so don't seem any harm in someone asking...

Ableton (running under Windows or OS X) supports VST plugins.

What do you mean, "how do you make bass"?

Here is a tutorial on "how [I] make bass."
