Timestretching Plugin
Timestretching Plugin Posted on: 29.03.2012 by Dorie Scelzo Anyone have any they like? Specifically looking for a plugin to use inside Maschine as an effect. Grain stretch doesn't seem to give the results I want, just like most of NI's effects. | |

Dorie Scelzo 27.04.2012 | Serato Pitch 'n' Time is supposed to be pretty good too. Unfortunately, the AU appears to only work as an algorithm inside Logic's offline time stretching and not as a standalone. I downloaded the demo of Stutter Edit…we'll see if it'll do what I want when I have some time. |
Nedra Fresneda 26.04.2012 | Only plugin i know of that does a good job is izotope's radius, sadly it's an offline plugin (and quite pricey) |
Dorie Scelzo 26.04.2012 | I don't use Live for production. Besides, it's capable of what I want natively. I specifically want to be able to do it in Maschine. I know that's weird to a lot of people considering that most people seem to use it as an unreasonably expensive trigger finger, but that's where the plugin is going. At this point, I'm believeing Stutter Edit might be the best bet for the effect I want to achieve. Plus, it'd make it easier to impress drunk people if I figured out how to run it as an effect. |
Sharonda Flewellyn 26.04.2012 | shame about dblue. how about a M4L device? there's tonnes of tapestop type devices. someone on the other community will know! |
Nancey Inderlied 26.04.2012 | Depending on how much work you want to do and how you want it to sound, you could try manually resampling. Think of it like analog timestrestching |
Dorie Scelzo 18.04.2012 | Becaue I want to use it as an effect in Maschine. And Maschine doesn't do timestretching. |
Maricruz Mouw 18.04.2012 | why not change the tempo in your daw for that bar? |
Dorie Scelzo 18.04.2012 | what dBlueStretch? None of their plugins are available for OS X. |
Dorie Scelzo 17.04.2012 | Yeah…not what I'm looking for. If I wanted something that heavy, I'd use Live. |
Lisa Lochotzki 16.04.2012 | Kontakt... to some extend |
Dorie Scelzo 16.04.2012 | windows only = useless. |
Sharonda Flewellyn 15.04.2012 | Doesn't the dblueStretch VST do it for you mate? |
