Setting Up Hardware Synth

So I just got this Kurzweil K2000R rackmount synth and I was planning on going from the midi out of my saffire pro 40 to the kurzeil synth and then I would control it with my M-Audio Keyrig (has no midi out) but nothing is working right now and I cant seem to figure out how to setup the synth to work with ableton so I can use my keyrig to play the synth and then have it receiving a midi clip and playing it

Im so frustrated ahhh!
