cutting loops, editing
cutting loops, editing Posted on: 17.08.2012 by Yevette Matatall I have a bunch of tracks that I dont like as a whole track but want to cut some loops out of them. I have just started and have managed to get it happening with audacity, I simply cut a 4 bar loop then cut and paste it a few times. Would this be easier to first do in T2.5.... my question is with the loop recorder or by transferring a loop to sample deck, does it then store that loop as a seperate file that I could later or is it its file path always attached to original track. For now im happy to continue using audacity but its pushing me ever closer to taking the leap and getting my own Daw, I believe ill go with logic. | |

Merideth Garnder 17.08.2012 | I don't know about Logic but I know Ableton was kind of designed for what the OP is trying to do. I love it for mashups and remixes but still like TP2.5 for playing out live. |
