Help with my hot cues?

My main issue at the moment is that when I place hot cues they place themselves maybe a bar or so over and no matter where I put it it just goes to that spot. Im helplessly confused please help | |

| Cathern Boccuti 08.03.2013 | Hey there. This is my first post/response and I'm not sure if I'm doing this right. Anyway, at the top of the screen in Traktor right under the main output level adjust there are 2 boxes labeled s and q. S stands for snap and if it is engaged it will snap your cue point to the closest beat marker, instead of where you are trying to actually save your cue point. Just uncheck this box and you should be set. Also, the Q stands for quantize. It won't affect the process of saving cue points, but when it is engaged and you go to launch a hot cue it will launch it from the closest beat marker. Hope this helps.
