Dj Bookings,Dj Management information needed:)

Hi everyone,
I'm a new user on the community and i believe it's best place to start looking for some information about how to get promotion for your Music, how to get some sort of management for Dj's and building your network.

Let me just briefly describe where im at ...I played along different promoters around Perth ( Australia )and then got involved in producing my own beats. I am now in the process of recording and producing my first 'EP' and to give it the best chances i've got few questions to ask


-1) What would be the best way to promote your music digitally apart from releasing it on a label?



-2) How to organize touring for a DJ? For example a European tour in Germany, Spain etc?
How and where to look for to get Marketing tools and platform to spread the word out?.



So now...some may say that I shouldn't deal with the marketing aspect of Djing, producing and selling my tracks and look for someone else to do it?
then...


-3) How to get a manager?
Anything related with organizing yourself to get appropriate management (Promotion, bookings dates etc, getting you to be reviewed in magazines, websites etc)?.



-4) Do the record labels you 'release' on provide some sort of management to the artist?

I know there's quite a lot of question but hopefully you will be able to help answering them by sharing your own experiences , links, contacts etc..
