How to route MIDI in Logic Pro 9?
Posted on: 05.06.2013 by Creola Shenton
I need to do something that may not be possible and am hoping someone here will know. I have a midi track which has the notes already in the score editor, but I want to control the MIDI with my Akai EWI4000 breath controller and still, when in playback mode be able to hear all the tracks. I thought there might be a way to route the audio output of the MIDI track I am playing[I have to mute the track otherwise the sequencer will take over-it does try to] and monitor the audio output of that track by sending it to an audio track and using the I button to hear the whole mix[all for now is MIDI except when I play the track myself controlling it with the Akai breath controller]

Anyone getting what it is I need to do? If so your would be greatly appreciated.
