Advice on a simple 49' midi keyboard

So I've been looking after a simple cheap 49' midi keyboard. I don't want any pads or knobs, just the keys.
Alesis, Korg, Line 6 seems to have some decent 49' midi keyboards. There is no good review about them, so
I'm wondering you have advice on which company has some really good quality keys? I'm seeking weighted keys with velocity. I don't want them to sound very much on "touch" if you know what I mean. My bugdet is about 150$
