Serato + CDJ 1000MK3: what controls the tempo/pitch?

Ok, let's say that I have:
Track A: native 128bpm if played through itunes
Track B: native 130bpm if played through itunes

I have a CDJ1000MK3 plugged into Serato. It is in absolute mode, so that I can work the cues properly.

I press play on CDJ A with tempo set to zero.
I press play on CDJ B with tempo set to zero.

Will A play at 128bpm and B at 130bpm?

Next, how will I be able to measure the bpms of each if I'm adjusting tempo on the CDJ? Can this be reflected onto some sort of display or do I have to blind beatmatch?
