Analysing tracks with the box plugged in?
Posted on: 13.11.2012 by Chong Mine
Is it possible?
Its quite frustrating when i'm having a mix and someone wants to play their own stuff from their USB but cant see the track.

OK never mind, i looked on the serato site just after posting this and found this.

You will only see the Analyze files tab while the hardware is disconnected.

You can always have "auto fill overviews" checked but that doesn't do you much good for learning if you have a bad / corrupt file before you play it. This is why we recommend Analyzing music in offline mode as you get it.
