pops and crackles
pops and crackles Posted on: 19.04.2012 by Serena Bazille Hi.I wonder if mac os x 10.5.8 may be why I get pops and crackle? Otherwise, the macbook is 2.4 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo and 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3. Is there anyone using 10.5.8 with no problems with VESTAX VCI-400? I do not get pops and crackle with my S4. | |

Celine Surico 19.07.2012 | Just get SnowLeopard to start with (if it's even around any longer), that should give you a nice boost. I assume you have max:ed out your RAM on the laptop. Alas, today's DJ tech vendors are going for more and more functionality so laptop architectures tend to get obsolete after 5+ years. |

Randa Barczykowski 26.04.2012 | You should upgrade your OS to at least 10.6 (Snow Leopard), as stated in the minimum requirements. That should fix any problems with pops or crackles. |
