Posted on: 19.11.2008 by mar darbyshire
I got a used VCI from ebay......It is kind of damaged and I also would like to get the jog wheels fine tuned if possible. Do anybody know where to get this done.

Vestex is out of the question.....they never respond back.

Thanks

if you bought it on ebay you need to dispute the purchase with the seller

if the jog wheel cant turn you need to press down on it to put it back into place, if that doesnt work you need to take it apart.

What means damaged? More details please!

and what do you mean by fine tuning the jog wheels? You can set their sensitivity in your DJ-program but other than that there isn't much you can do to get better responsivenes etc.
