Problems with the purchasing Posted on: 15.03.2009 by Joyce Crockette I've got this little problem.on 11 March I purchased a VCI-100 Firmware Kit in DJTT store. Payment was done via Paypal. In the end of the operation there was this line, saying that "An email receipt containing information about your order will soon follow. Please keep it for your records." It's like 4 days since then and still I haven't recieved ANY email from the store/paypal/DJTT. So, I don't really know what to do right now. Any suggestions? P.S. I have my Order ID written down, so if anyone from DJTT store is interested, I'll be able to say it. | |
