Track Sync Question SE 2.2
Track Sync Question SE 2.2 Posted on: 19.06.2009 by sdfsg dsfgsdg I play mainly 4/4 prog house. Usually I've just loaded the track and Traktor has kept the music fairly well synced with a few manual +/- tweaks here and there without even a need for much beatgridding. However, I've been running TSI 2.2 now and the yellow timing/sync reference bar is seemingly falling off time a bit more than usual. Even after hitting the sync button, I'm finding myself riding the pitch wheel to either slow down the track or speed it up to match the other track alot more than in previous mappings (insert REAL dj comments here... lol)I was just wondering if maybe i was missing something. I mean, should everything be beatgridded? I've really had no issues before with the track analysis. Maybe a fresh install is in order? Has anyone else experienced this? Any recommendations would be great. Thanks so much. | |

sdfsg dsfgsdg 30.06.2009 | So def not a mapping issue... Thx for clearing that up for me Ean. Maybe it's my imagination but I still say T3 seemed a tad better in synchronzing tracks than TPro. |
20.06.2009 | There is really nothing in the mapping that would effect timing at all. So its likely that this is a psychological thing . If you really want to be sure then, re-import an old mapping and test the same 2 songs with each mapping to compare apples to apples. |
