Getting my VCI-100 Serviced

Hey guys, my VCI-100 SE's jog wheels have been acting strange and requiring alot of pressure to use. this has been happening for quite some time and i was wondering how i could get my VCI-100 serviced to fix this problem. I know it is a hardware problem and not software related because i have tested it in programs other than traktor pro.

have you tried the sensitivity knob on the back of the unit? Sometimes they just need to be adjusted to re-set the sensitivity of the wheels.
