traktor scratch pro and audio 4

Hi, just trying to figure out the best setup for my new vci-100. I have Traktor LE, so one option is to purchase...
Audio4 + Traktor Pro Upgrade = 250 + 130 = $380

The other option is to purchase...
Traktor Scratch Duo + Traktor Scratch Pro Upgrade = 400 + 80 = $480.

So for an extra $100 I would have Traktor Scratch Pro capability, time control media, and multi-core cables.

Due to the number of audio channels available via the AUDIO 4 DJ interface, this will only allow control of two decks via timecode vinyl or CD. I assume this should be all that I need for basic scratching on the VCI-100.

I was just wondering if there would be any compatibility issues with the Traktor Scratch / Audio 4 setup and the TT TSI files / VCI-100. I don't plan on doing much scratching, but it would be nice to have the functionality available.

Do you believe Traktor Scratch Pro + Audio4 + VCI-100 = A good entry level setup?

Thanks,
Chris

If you have no plans on using timecode then you dont need Traktor Scratch Pro - just Traktor Pro.

The VCI-100 SE layout is completely compatible with Traktor Scratch Pro.

The Audio 4 DJ is a good card that will last you for a long time
