Started with the overlay, on top, and then marked where to drill

After the drilling (1 hour)... Overlay, and re-assemble...
One of the buttons was used, and not working, but after i contacted support about this, a new one is on the way.

I've got a machine shop at school. I am sure I can drill there. We have laser cutters too but they don't allow metal drilling. what size bit do you recommend?
