Software install issues
Software install issues Posted on: 04.02.2010 by Laura Kolden I can not get Traktor LE installed. I do not have a visible exe (setup) file when the drive is opened. It only shows 4 folders without an exe (setup) file anywhere in any of the folders. I have read that the file should either autorun or be in the intial folder of the disc. I do not get either of these.Is this due to my operating system? I'm using Windows Vista 64 bit. 2.xx processor 6gb of RAM. The Traktor LE disc cover states it is compatible with my operating system. Without LE installed first the Pro edition is $300. I'm trying to avoid that cost and pay only the $119 upgrade fee. | |

| Bret Buc 24.03.2010 | Same problem here. Can't seem to find a demo version on the NI website though. Can't say I trust another website, but the demo site for activation purposes. |
| Shawana Kaser 28.02.2010 | SOLUTION: Just download the demo version from the NI website and activate it using your Traktor LE serial. Works like a charm! The issue seems to be that the setup file is a 32 Bit file encoded in 16 Bit... something like that... |

| Nikki Mcpeek 16.02.2010 | for some reason i'm guessing its vista combined with 64bit since i heard w7 + 64bit works fine with all 32b apps. dont take my word for it. hopefully this points you to some direction |
