Stuck "D" Button
Stuck "D" Button Posted on: 11.04.2010 by Corine Kasman In the middle of a set last evening
(at a house party), the "D" button would not go off when exiting an effect. Basically I had just done an effect build-up through a break and was about to kill the effect on the One, when I hit the "B" and "D" buttons at the same time to kill both effects, the "D" button stayed on and I had to turn the effect down manually. The button would not go off after several presses, so I switched to effect bank 1 and the button went off and worked. When I went back to effect bank 2, the button was still on and would not react to an input. The only thing that worked was to reboot the VCI. This only happened once and it was the first time. I am posting this outside of the 3_5 thread because I can't see a link. I am more inclined to believe it could be something in the VCI itself as that is a button that got a rework in the firmware 1.3. Just a thought. Any ideas? Phil. | |
