Can someone flash my VCI-100 in toronto???

As the title states, i need someone who has experience with flashing the vci-100 in toronto.

I bought the kit already, a new serial port, and 3 different cables ive tried flashing on 4 different computers and cant get it to flash. Im tired of wasting money on these ancient cables I will never use again. I am also not a amateur when it comes do doing this kind of stuff: been building computers for years, modded my wii, xbox360, and xbox, psp, DS etc all myself and can follow instructions well.

Will drive to your place and give you $10 for you time and help, shouldnt take long if you have already done this before, the vci is already opened and ready to flash.

PS I have already read through all the community and tried solving this problem, have spent 2 days solid with different combos etc, so please don't reply with go read the community s because ive already tried troubleshooting for hours. This is clearly a last resort for me
