Wobbly right line fader

Hey guys, so ive had my VCI arcade for about a week and a half, and i love it, great peice of kit. I had a gig last evening so i thought id try it out. so i packed my bag, and called a cab. when the cab got here, the stupid douchebag cab driver took my bag and basically threw it in the boot. I told him i was pretty pissed off as i had a laptop and expensive gear in the bag, but he was a foreigner and i believe he barely understood a word i said, i even had to tell him 3 times where i was going.

So im playing at the club, everything was going well, and then about half way through my set i notice that the right volume fader had come a bit loose or "wobbly". It wasnt like this before, and the left volume fader is still stiff, just like when i got it. The right fader still works fine MIDI wise, but its just... wobbly... its kind of pissing me off. I dont like stuff that wobbles on my kit, especially if its only a week and a bit old.

Does anyone know if there is a way to fix this? Is there a way to replace the fader or even just to dismount it and stop making it wobble? I know the right fader wasnt like that when i got it or even just before the gig because i was playing with it that morning.

any help would be greatly appreciated!

yeah the midi works fine on it, no problems there , it just feels like the physical fader is being held a little loosley by whatever is holding it in place and it can wiggle a bit from left to right, when it never used to do that... i might take it apart in the next day or 2 see if i cant figure something out. hopefully i can fix it because its bugging the crap out of me now

If it's the physical fader and not the software the only fix I know of is to replace the fader. I believe some of the higher end faders are rebuildable, but I don't believe the VCI faders are.
