Replacing the screws on the jogs Posted on: 06.02.2012 by Rodney Loghry Hi, does anyone know the official dimensions of the three screws that hold down each jog platter? I would like to replace mine with some new black screws (if I can find em) but was wondering if they are an off-the-shelf size or something more esoteric.I found one place that sells similar looking countersunk screws (and these are hex drive, which I would prefer anyway): http://www.blacksocketcaps.com/index...tegory&path=87 Anyone ever tried replacing the screws on their vci-100 before?? | Rodney Loghry 25.02.2012 | OK, so I worked out that the screws have a 3mm thread (M3x10mm) if it's of any help to others. Like this one In fact I believe all of the exterior screws have a 3mm diameter thread |
