Hey guys..

I watched ean's video

http://www.djranking s.com/2009/07/0...ms-seamlessly/

now im trying to copy this setting on one of my faders too..
i binded the commands

effect on
dry wet advanced
fx panel mode

on my fader, but the problem is that when i turn the fader traktor switches all the time between chaineld mode and fx advanced mode...

so what should i chance that i m in advanced mode when i turn the fader and be in chaneld mode when the fader is set to zero ??

need help!

i guess your second version points out what i wanted to have. bit in addition the fader should control the dry/wet of the delay? is that possible?
but my problem is that i do not know how to map this correctly!

could you wirte the bindings and settings for the one fader, which i have to set ?

this would solve all my problems !!

If the fader switches it's because of a wrong mapping. When you set the command to switch from chained to advanced did you specifiy the fader should act as a button, not a fader?

To answer your question, it depends on what you want to do:
- either you turn the fader and it switches to advanced and acting on another dedicated fx button(s)/fader(s)/knob(s) turn the unit back to chained (As you can see in the video, turning back the knob to the far left doesn't set back the fx unit to its previous state).
- or you want to have this fader set to zero= fx unit chained, and as soon as it's touched or actived, it sets the fx unit to advanced, and the other way round. In this case you have to set up a modifier which will be your fader itself (as its physical position will be the cause of the switch).

* and if your knob is the modifier you can even add a command that would engage the delay'freeze at a point of the fader's course.

Hope it helps.
