New Controller - BCD3000 To What??? X1 - VCI100

Hi Everyone,

I'm sure I'll get a big response on this one.

I have the BCD3000 now since January 2010.
Not happy with it as help online is not that available.
Programming the midi is difficult as I struggle to understand it. Very New To This being the main reason. But as very few people have the time to help and explain it would also be the biggest reason for selling it.
@Wikkid1 - has been very helpful trying to get me to understand.Thanks.

So keep in mind I stay in Cape Town, South Africa.
I got a list of prefered suppliers for the X1 controller and they don't have them in stock, don't know much about them and prefer to sell what they have.
NI said I should purchase through these guys. Making it not worth my while.

Where should I go as far as the controller is concerned.
Keep in mind I like the look of the BCD3000 - Mixing Sliders, effect knobs - kill and trim on the top,mid and bass. Makes me feel at home as mixing on my normal mixer.

So what do you suggest??? Keep price in mind please. This is Africa. Average income what some of you guys make in a week we do for the month.

VCI 100 - Expensive
2 times X1 controllers not having the feel of my mixing unit.

Hope to get some inexpensive advise on decent enough setup.

DJStone.

Let's chat next time about my DJ Stone name. It doesn't feel good on my tongue. People started calling me that after my surname. Steenkamp, translated in English direct to Stonecamp.

be good.
Cheers
