Mapping Help

Hi everybody,

I am working with the SPIN basic mapping, but it doesn't really matter what mapping, just that I am working with a Vestax Spin.

I want to play around assigning different things to the jog wheel depending on the modifier, is there a way I can get the jogwheel to act as a "fader" as in if I slide it to the right it will increase and slide it to the left it will decrease?

For example (but I don't want to be limited to just this example), I want to increase JUST the tempo by either moving the jogwheel right, or decrease the tempo by moving the jogwheel left.

I am guessing it is a simple problem. I just have no experience mapping. Finally, is there a place (perhaps in the manual? I only did a breif check) where I can find a list that explains what each function does?

Thank you so much!

Pretty sure you should be able to as that (if i understand you right) is what people on here do to get round the inaccuracy of the pitch faders on the vci.

Unfortunately without being infront of traktor i couldnt tell you how.
