Tempo sliders aren't working properly - VCI-100 with SE mapping

Edit : 1st problem was solved, but I did'nt want to start a new thread:

Another issue: when in FX control mode, the volume sliders control the 1st effect, not the 2nd effect like on the video.

Is this something to do with the 1.2 firmware?

Yes, firmware 1.2 issue.
