VCI-100 (original) and MPD 24 FAIL!
VCI-100 (original) and MPD 24 FAIL! Posted on: 19.03.2010 by Jason Hamilton Ok, does anyone else run a VCI and an MPD24?I've been running a VCI-100 (an original), an Akai MPD 24, Windows XP, NI audio 4 DJ, and Traktor Po. Every single set I do, I've been crashing. Has anyone had any issues with this setup? When I go into Traktor's controller manager, under my MIDI in ports I only have "USB Audio Device, USB Audio Device (2), USB Audio Device (3)." Should the VCI-100 SE show up as "Vestax controller," or is that only when you're running firmware 1.3? anyway, hope someone can help. These crashes are getting out of hand. Ruined my last 3 sets. -Dan PS: My TSI isn't split into MPD and VCI. It's all grouped into "Generic MIDI" and "All ports In". otherwise I'd be posting my TSI's with this | |

| Andera Beckendorf 15.07.2010 | ...issues with the two not being recognized immediately. this happens with other programs as well. usually not the mpd24...the vci?...like...everyday...at least 5x per each time i use it. i used to run Vista and had issues left and right...WIN7 is awesome...yet i do still have other issues with the VCI. |
