Audio Pops using new Firmware v4
Audio Pops using new Firmware v4 Posted on: 21.09.2010 by Ammie Deni Hi there, I get audio pops when i press the top left Juggle button (to activate cue points 1-4) even if i increase the latency on my Audio 2 Dj sound card (firmware v4 with v3.6tsi file).I also get the pops when pressing the 1st cue buttons and also when you press the Exit button. It appears if you set the latency to 16ms then the pop goes away but this seems a little high? Previous v3 firmware and tsi had similar pops but only if i reduced from 10ms. I am using an external mixer so maybe the latency isn't so critical? I remember when you released the v3 firmware and v3 tsi that there was a Glitch fix version which stopped a similar pop when you pressed the FX type button. Is there a forthcoming v3.6 tsi file which will fix/improve this? Apart from that the new firmware and tsi is great. Pitch control and scratch button is fantastic! best yet!
