How program the LED's to show you the levels of the effects in USER MOD ??

You can use the mixer mode and default modes with Automap. Check out http://thedspproject.com for info on this. Great tutorials on the subject.

Yea, but You can't use session mode and mixer mode with it

It agree. But velocity works only on midi chanel.

Lights are velocity-dependent. Try playing with it
