Hi every one, i wonder if some one can help me out, I got a Traktor s4, I love it, even I used it as apprentice but i still dreaming some day i will get my chance on a Club... any way, the point is:
1.- Still have the drops and clicks in the sound, every so often I hear those annoying clicks, I try updating the Cristal chip, bla, bla bla, still the same Sh.....
so any idea? obviously beside the one: we have to wait for drivers Update, that; by the way, I believe is coming up on April 1, when traktor Pro 2 will be released, I believe, I try to be away of it for now, till get the update or enough money for a Mac... will see what is what.
2.- the one that brought me over, a personalized mapping for S4, i like everything on the original mapping, except one thing. Now; is any way to enable to the hot cue's trigger the track ones you pressed down?
lets say I have the 4 hotcue's ready on a track, if I press any of those the track will be played just while holding it down, and if release it with out press play button the track will stop. I hope any one understand me
Guys i will appreciate any idea, the most of you guy's are Professionals DJ's and spend so many hours playing and learning about all this kind of stuff, hope any of u have time to help me with my idea... thanks a lot

couldn't you make a mapping that does both?

Map the hotcue buttons to directly set the deck to play.
