MPK Mini Help
MPK Mini Help Posted on: 22.02.2011 by Bee Dolinsky Ok so I'm not done by any means, but I have something worthy of your time. Let me explain how this works then by all means, enjoy the mapping. Keep in mind you need to upload both the .tsi file and the Akai editor settings file.Remember: Use the JPEG The Left Half of Keyboard= Deck A The Right Half of Keyboard= Deck B Pad Bank 1= Deck A Stuff Pad Bank 2= Deck B Stuff CC controls Effects Unit 1 and 3 to Decks A and B, depending on what Pad Bank you are in. This is set up for 4 Effects Units
In Program 4 you can change the chained effects with the knobs that manipulate their amount. PLEASE GIVE ME FEEDBACK...It's the only way I can make it better for you. Here's the Akai Editor File to Upload into the MPK Mini: http://www.4shared.com/file/yoYZwM4D..._Notes__C.html | |

Bee Dolinsky 27.02.2011 | Shameless Bump...I Mean the mapping is here can you blame me? |
Bee Dolinsky 23.02.2011 | I have most of the important parts of this mapping done...not too complicated but it will be designed for 4 effects, although changing that to 2 would be very easy. |
Bee Dolinsky 22.02.2011 | Ok that makes sense....once I'm done with my mapping I'll post it here if you're interested. |
Kiyoko Wellisch 22.02.2011 | Use the Akai editor program to change the note that the pads send out. Just pick a random note not assigned to any key/pad. It's pretty self explanatory once you open up the program. |
Bee Dolinsky 22.02.2011 | So should I just do midi learn then change the note in channel one? |
Kiyoko Wellisch 22.02.2011 | Yeah. Just bump them up to any unused midi note. |
