Very Quick Mapping Question
Very Quick Mapping Question Posted on: 01.04.2011 by Deidre Pascal Been using an older version of traktor up until now (now on 1.2.4). previously my modifiers worked in this way: http://www.djranking s.com/2008/12/2...ore-controlls/ now I have to duplicate the modifier, one to turn it on and one for whens its off. This is fine, but i want to just hold the modifier button as opposed to having to press it twice to go toggle it on or off. I'm sure theres a very simple solution out there but I can't find it, simply setting the button characteristics to hold still does not do this. Thanks | |

Tatum Ansaldo 01.04.2011 | you can see the modifier states at the top of the mapping window in real time, just check that' there's definitely only one command for that Modifier and see if it activates when you press the button. Make sure it's not set to 'invert' as well. |
Deidre Pascal 01.04.2011 | full english pint - yep obviously tried this as in the previous version this is how it worked for me, so in theory by holding down the modifier M1 with a value of 1 this should modify the buttons with a value of M1=1. strange thats it not though... joostime - using the x session pro and havn't touched the controller editor, it just changed with the software change. |
Demetra Pinizzotto 01.04.2011 | what controller are you using? some controllers have the option to edit the way the buttons work. not within traktor but the way the controller sends midi data. Could it be that you changed settings in a controller editor? |
Tatum Ansaldo 01.04.2011 | you only need one command, and set it to hold. |
